Vote “NO” on the Tax Increase Propositions.

Abolish the Death Penalty Even for Mass Murderers Proposition

Vote “NO” on the Abolish the Death Penalty Even for Mass Murderers Proposition. Many mass- and multiple-murderers plead guilty for a life in prison sentence to avoid the death penalty, saving much taxpayer money and ensuring a conviction. This will no longer be possible if this proposition passes and the death penalty is abolished. Also, if there is no death penalty, then murderers in prison for life sentences can murder any number of prison guards and other prisoners without a more severe punishment. This proposition will also weaken the “Three-Strikes and You’re Out Law” and allow the early release of dangerous felons.
