Note by Michael D. Robbins on March 22, 2012:
This Public Records document and email archive appears to show that Mickie Tagle, City Manager Doug Willmore’s secretary, was using public funds and resources including taxpayer paid work hours and computers to do opposition research against residents who opposed Willmore’s Chevron Shakedown and against Chevron, trying to find “dirt” or embarrassing information about them.
Mickie Tagle is fired El Segundo city manager Doug Willmore’s secretary, and now the secretary of the new city manager (I wonder how long that will last).
Deborah Cullen is the city of El Segundo Finance Director.
Chris Powell is an El Segundo Resident, former ESUSD school board member, and soon to be City Treasurer (after the April 10, 2012 election, because he is the only candidate for City Treasurer on the ballot).
