Attached is a draft agreement for purposes of furthering the discussion the two of you have been engaged in over the past two weeks. There are some blanks that needs to be filled in and the City’s Finance Department will need to review the recitals for accuracy. It is anticipated that both Chevron and the City may wish to make revisions to the agreement.
